Loni Hoots obtained a bachelor's in interdisciplinary studies focusing on Special Education and Business, then obtained her master's in curriculum and instruction. For the past four years, she have focused on helping students of all ages with learning disabilities, as well as helping them finding their career path. As of 2025, Loni has successfully aided 30 + students and young adults in college find the career path they want to follow.

When it comes to choosing a career path that best suits you it can become intimidating. It's even more intimidating when you are just starting out as a teen. With so many options it can be difficult to choose. Do you want to go to university? How about a four-year state college? How about your local community college? What about the trades? All these questions will prompt more questions, leaving you to be unsure about what to choose for YOU.
It doesn't matter how old you are. You can be 16 years old and looking around, trying to figure out what you want to do; you can even be in your thirties, forties, maybe fifties wanting or needing a career change, it is hard to pinpoint what your next move will be. One thing to understand about choosing an option solely based on your wants and needs in order to pay bills and be able to go into work without hating it every single day is ultimately your choice. Yes, it is overwhelming, but that's where I come in. I help go over all your options and help you figure out exactly what you are looking for.
